TIVUS (Therapeutic Intravascular Ultrasound) is a catheter-based technology that uses ultrasound waves to heat nerve bundles around blood vessels, reducing sympathetic hormone release and lowering blood pressure.

The Tivus project involved the redesign of the medical cart system to achieve a modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic. The challenge was to incorporate the large form factor hardware into a design that would look light and proportionally correct, ensuring that the cart maintained a visually pleasing appearance while accommodating the necessary equipment.
